Aadila Dada – Founder

Helping patients to achieve a healthier lifestyle through exercise & eating well.

I found my way into podiatry after a suggestion by my dad, after he had visited with one. Little did I know then that it would soon be my turn, and all the podiatrist would use on me would be a drill and I would be sold.

I love treating my patients and contributing to their health with special interest in patients living with injury or pain, woman trying to cope with general aches in their feet whilst trying to be active and juggling a career and a family, diabetes education and management and helping address weight loss and nutrition.

I have a little family of four, two of which are my children, a girl and a boy. I have emigrated from South Africa and call Australia home after more than 20 years residing here.  I am attempting alongside my patients to achieve a healthier lifestyle through exercise, eating well and looking after my spiritual and mental health after a long battle with chronic illness.

I am a real foodie, I live for it and it is my source of joy and weakness. I love making it, buying it, but most of all consuming it.

I am that strange, brown, covered podiatrist with a South African accent but I assure you that podiatry is well and truly my passion and life and I know it sounds cliché but I do endeavour to resolve my patients foot complaints, and if I am at fault its due to me being over caring.

I have recently been featured on the Podiatry Legends Podcast talking about diabetes, nutrition and how it links to podiatry.
